Yansport is a safety wear clothing manufacturer, established in 1972. We are based in the Heart of the United Kingdom, Walsall, West Midlands.

YANSPORT specialises in two areas:

We manufacture specialised protective clothing used by the Fire Service, Police Force, Hospital & similar Emergency Staff, together with workers exposed to accidental contact with flame.

Yansport safety wear limited is a Protex™ partner of Waxman Fibres and as such is registered to manufacture all knitted and woven Protex ™ products.

The Protex™ can be blended with Anti Static yarn and dyed to all colours including HV (Hi Vis) yellow so that the resulting garments can conform to any variations of EN531, EN1149-3, and EN471.

Yansport manufactures to customer specification with reference to style, sizing, labelling and packaging etc. Our website shows items we currently manufacture and whilst these garments are predominantly navy all colours are available subject to minimum quantities.

As a consequence of our clothing range we also manufacture horse blankets, saddle pads, saddle covers etc. Both for protective and for normal use in the equestrian trade.
