About YANSPORT-SAFETYWEAR

Yansport was established  in 1970 in Walsall, West Midlands, UK. Initially to manufacture Sports Clothing.

As the company grew it also started manufacturing Specialist Safetywear, using unique materials for Fire Retardant, Antistatic, MRSA Resistant together with Knife & Gun related protective garments.

By 1999 the company was also supplying main brands with their requirements of clothing for Premier Clubs, using Embroidery, Printing, Welding to decorate the kit, which in turn was sold to the large high street retailers.

Much of the above is now manufactured abroad and as a result Yansport now specialise in the following three areas.

1/ Manufacture of Team Strips direct to sports clubs using their designs together their ancillary requirements.

2/ Manufacture of Specialist Protective Clothing used by Fire, Police, Hospital & similar Emergency Services.

3/ Import of basic Leisure & Protective clothing which can be Printed, Embroidered & Welded to customers requirements.

We aim to offer and provide the complete package, using over thirty five years of dedicated experience, in the three areas.
